The color is even more beautiful in person—rich, dimensional, and exactly what I wanted. The hair arrived soft, full, and ready to wear. The glueless fit feels secure without being tight, and the hairline looks incredibly natural. I experienced very little shedding, and the curls stayed beautiful with the color.

By placing an order with Color by Von, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Buyer Form Requirement
All customers are required to complete the Color by Von Hair Buyer Form. Orders may be placed before the form is submitted; however, order processing will not begin until the completed Buyer Form has been received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, contact, and order information.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, color preference, length preference, or other personal preferences.

Cap Size & Fit
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct cap size and providing accurate measurements. Color by Von is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or an incorrectly selected cap size.

Product Appearance
Our products are made with human hair and may be individually colored, styled, or customized. Slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, density, hairline, length, and highlight placement may occur. Lighting, photography, and screen settings may also affect how colors appear online. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items generally require 3–4 business days for processing before shipment. Preorder items generally require 7–21 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Color by Von is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Wig shipments may include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. Signature confirmation is required when applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Color by Von.

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
Color by Von is not responsible for packages that are stolen after documented delivery, delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. When appropriate, we will assist customers with available carrier or insurance claim procedures.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to claim the package, or failure to obtain a required signature may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, where permitted by law. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact colorbyvon@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

Do not cut the lace, install, wash, color, bleach, style, apply products to, or otherwise alter the item while a claim is being reviewed. Items that have been worn, installed, altered, chemically processed, cut, or modified may not qualify for a remedy except where required by law.

Hair Care & Alterations
The lifespan and condition of human hair depend on proper care, products used, heat exposure, chemical processing, installation, and maintenance. Color by Von is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, excessive heat, chemical processing, third-party stylists, installation methods, adhesives, or modifications made after delivery.

Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact colorbyvon@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue. In the event of a dispute, Color by Von may provide applicable order records, tracking information, signature confirmation, customer communications, checkout acceptance of these terms, and other relevant transaction documentation to the payment provider.

By checking the “I agree with Terms & Conditions” box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted Color by Von’s policies regarding final sales, buyer form requirements, sizing, processing, shipping, signature confirmation, delivery, and product variations.
